Slot and table game developer Habanero will be expanding its reach in Argentina after receiving approval from the Buenos Aires City Lottery Board (LOTBA).

Habanero is now permitted to provide its games to operators within the region, including “Return to Feature,” “Magic Flurry,” and “Candy Tower.”
In Argentina, some of Habanero’s games are already available through the online operations of brick-and-mortar casinos.
“Gaining LOTBA registration is essential for our next phase of growth in Argentina, and we are thrilled to now be able to offer our products to operators in Buenos Aires City,” stated Vera Moto, Head of Business Development at Habanero.

This expansion is one of several the company has undertaken in recent months throughout Latin America and Europe.
Provinces in Argentina are currently regulating online gambling on a case-by-case basis.
The gaming licensing regulations for Buenos Aires were established in February, with a projected launch in the final three months of 2020.
Last week, leading gaming organizations in Argentina urged operators to utilize the .bet.ar domain, aiming to foster confidence in the regulatory framework.
