Aspers Partners with GiG to Launch Online Casino

Aspers, a renowned UK land-based gambling establishment, is embracing the digital realm! They’ve partnered with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) to establish their own virtual casino. GiG is supplying the technology, support, and know-how to make it a reality. This encompasses everything from the website itself to customer service and advertising.

The agreement is a significant victory for Aspers, as it streamlines the process of transferring their business online and reduces expenses. They’ll be able to provide a smooth experience for both their current patrons and new online players.

The online casino is scheduled to debut in the final quarter of this year (Q4 2022) and is anticipated to begin generating revenue early next year (Q1 2023).

Richard Noble, the head of Aspers, is delighted about the collaboration. He stated, “We’re thrilled to collaborate with GiG to provide our customers with the best possible experience, both online and in our physical casinos. We’ll be expanding the Aspers brand to a wider audience and ensuring that responsible gaming is always a priority.”

The provider indicated that the British online gambling market is projected to produce £4 billion ($4.72 billion/€4.72 billion) in total gambling income in 2022.

Richard Brown, chief executive of GiG, stated: “I am thrilled to be collaborating with Aspers, a highly regarded operator in the brick-and-mortar gaming sector, who, like us, values responsible gaming, corporate social responsibility, and a passion for embracing digital change.” He said. “We see significant potential in the British market, particularly as we can utilize Aspers’ ‘brand assets’ and physical network, as well as our multi-channel solutions.

“We look forward to working closely with the Aspers team to maximize their potential through a successful digital transformation, and anticipate Aspers becoming a substantial and high-value client for GiG. This type of partnership perfectly aligns with our business scope, assisting land-based operators in digitally transforming and showcasing our products in the British market.”

The agreement is anticipated to extend beyond online casinos at some unspecified point in the future.
