Caesars Entertainment Makes Strides in Diversity and Sustainability

The recent diversity study from Caesars Entertainment demonstrates advancement toward their objective of greater female and minority representation in leadership by 2025. Currently, women constitute approximately 46% of mid-level management and 32% of senior leadership. Furthermore, they aspire to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, signifying reduced water consumption, waste generation, and a diminished overall carbon footprint. Heather Rapp, the head of social responsibility at Caesars, noted the occurrence of highly insightful discussions regarding the significance of corporate social responsibility. She perceives this report as evidence of Caesars’ transformation into a more desirable employer and a more inclusive organization overall.

Simultaneously, Caesars Entertainment has increased its responsible gaming initiatives by providing specialized training to 1,600 staff members, designating them as Responsible Gaming Champions and Ambassadors.

This development follows closely on the announcement of Caesars achieving a high ranking on the 2022 Disability Equality Index (DEI).

“Caesars maintains a dedication to integrating disability inclusion as a fundamental element of our comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion approach,” stated Tom Reeg, Chief Executive Officer of Caesars Entertainment.
