Better Collective Issues New Shares as Part of HLTV.org Acquisition Deal

Better Collective is releasing around 38,750 fresh shares to partially satisfy their purchase contract for HLTV.org.

The agreement, reached in February 2020, outlined that a portion of the compensation for the esports website would be provided through equity in Better Collective. The recently issued shares are appraised at €387.47, equating to about $467.52.

The vendors of HLTV.org have consented to a selling price of SEK 233.19 per share, a figure established by calculating the average of Better Collective’s share worth over the preceding fortnight and factoring in prevailing currency rates. This valuation signifies an approximate 6% increase compared to the closing price on April 22nd.

The admission of the new shares for trading on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock market will occur following their registration with the Danish Business Authority.

Better Collective has indicated that the new shares constitute a dilution of roughly 0.1% for current stakeholders.
