Enhanced Cooperative Secures Revenue Participation Approval in New Jersey

Enhanced Cooperative has been granted permission to commence revenue participation in New Jersey. The associate now possesses the required authorization from the state’s gaming authority, the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE). This is a significant development for Enhanced Cooperative, as it enables them to function under the same income framework as their primary rivals in the state, such as Gambling.com Group and Catena Media.

Previously, Enhanced Cooperative could only operate under a cost-per-acquisition system in New Jersey. This restricted their earning capacity compared to the more profitable revenue participation system. Chief Executive Officer Jesper Søgaard conveyed his enthusiasm about the authorization, stating that it provides them with greater adaptability in collaborating with US operators. He further stressed the company’s confidence in revenue participation as the favored system for sports wagering alliances, highlighting its capacity to produce recurring income.

This advancement follows Enhanced Cooperative’s recent purchase of a controlling interest in RotoGrinders, a leading fantasy sports platform, for $21 million. They intend to acquire the remaining shares in the upcoming years. This strategic maneuver, coupled with the recently obtained license, demonstrates Enhanced Cooperative’s aspiration to strengthen its position in the expanding US sports wagering market.
